Outback Damper

I have been to Australia twice; once for almost a year and once for a couple of months. During my first visit, I hitch hiked around Australia – looking for seasonal jobs, like picking grapes, lychees and avocados. I also toured the outback. During one of these camping trips, the guide made a damper – a rough bread made from flour, salt, water and some baking soda. He kneaded the dough, put it in a Dutch oven and buried it in the hot ashes of our campfire. The result was a very impressive and super delicious bread!

Outback Damper was made with a brush and ink. It comes with a set of alternates for the lower case letters and extensive language support.
